This property exceeded all expectations, with its unbeatable location, top-notch cleanliness, and spaciousness. We loved having private parking and a cozy lounging area with a perfect view. The proximity to shops, pubs, and food was superb. The owner was incredibly pleasant and helpful. 10/10, thank you again!

It had two big double bedrooms and a family triple bedroom, providing ample space. The location was ideal, close to the harbor and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The additional benefit of having space for two cars alongside the property was a bonus.
There was a road right in front of the property where cars sometimes passed by quite fast, making it necessary to be cautious when backing the car in or out. the Wi-Fi didn't work very well, causing inconvenience during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Dolphin Court! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the charming Brixham harbour. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms and the fact that we had two parking spaces right next to the hotel. The owner was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Brixham!

We had a fantastic stay! The location in this town is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the fine harbor. It's a great spot for walking around, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5-minute stroll. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and spacious, making our stay very enjoyable. We also loved the private parking, as well as the nice lounging area out front with a perfect view. The owner was helpful and pleasant, making our experience even better. we would highly recommend this place with a 10/10 rating.
